Oh he's such a small player in Hollywood his opinion doesn't count.
Go ask Halle Berry what she thinks about the war. She was in that anti-death penalty movie so you know she's socially conscious.
Good point. But do you really take these peoples opinion seriously? I think a number of them just say what they know is the popular thing to say (Not ALL just some) Just a thought!
Just because they are in a movie with a certaint morale doesn´t mean that they support it.
The morale of 13 days (as I see it) was be very cautious in using force in international disputes.
The morale of Rules of Engagement was (again in my euro-commie twisted look on things) when you kill 300 demonstrators in a third world country you don´t need a shread of evidence that they threathened you to get off the hook.
It might be weird in a town like Hollywood if you're a pretty right-leaning person. Knowing that the other view pretty much dominates the industry, you're probably more inclined just to keep a lot of things to yourself and appear neutral or silent on lots of things.
That's your bread and butter and what if word got around all the elite, clique-y producting/casting/directing circles that you were this "rightwing [fill in the blank for whatever they want to say]". You might have a tough time getting work, especially if you haven't risen to the levels of a Willis or Arnold.
Some low/middle-rung schmo just working his way into movies and TV probably doesn't want it to be known that he listens to Rush on the way to auditions and watches Fox News in evenings.

Clint Eastwood,
Sylvester Stallone..
(Ok I know he is a bad ham actor but I'm trying to build up the numbers ),
Charlton Heston,
Bob Hope,
( He would do a tour like in Vietnam only he's about 99 Years Old )
Plus all the actors in Star Trek who played the parts of Klingons, Rommulans.
Aall the Vampires In Buffy...Spike ?
The system Lords of StarGate,
The Daleks.............
Neuman from Sienfeld
The men in Black
Gollywog from Noddy
