I hear such mixed reviews on this - I am trying to figure out if it's worth the switch from Verizon (blackberry storm) to ATT (iphone4). Can anyone in south florida tell me how the att coverage is? Is ATT that horrible. I don't have call issues with verizon, just the phone that I don't care for. I love the iphone, but is is worth buying out my contract to switch. Are they fixing the phone and will there be an iphone4.2 coming out to "fix" all these issues.
I'm happy. AT&T has been easy to deal with and my coverage is fine.
Same here. I once had Verizon and their coverage was just slightly better but their customer service was worse. I've had no customer service issues with AT&T. They've been very easy to deal with and 99% of the time calls go thru just fine.

I can't speak to coverage in South Florida but as for the iPhone 4, there is no fix needed. The issues it experiences with its antenna are generally in areas with very weak signal. I just bought one last week and it's been fine even when holding it in "the death grip."

I've had AT&T since my very first cell phone and all that time I've lived in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach. I've never had any problem with AT&T. Great signal area and never dropped calls. Rarely had a need to call customer service.
