We know roughly when to expect the new hardware so it's not surprising. The iPhone 5/4S was reported to have been held back and the Macbook Air seems destined to replace the MB. Both of those products use NAND memory, the next generation of which Toshiba won't start mass-producing until Q3. This places both of those products in the July/August/September time frame and you'd assume doubled storage at the same price points so 128GB in the entry Air and top iPod Touch.
The Mini should be next as it doesn't need to use SSD and would make it more expensive. This would place it in the 'update it now dammit' time frame.
The Mac Pro EP Xeon chips are due Q4 so October/November time frame.

I don't care about computers; I wanted an updated AirPort family that acted as local iTunes servers...

So, er... what was that banner, then? If it was about iTunes Match, there'll have to be some screaming done.
They were just about the iCloud apps:

Ah, you'd possibly be just as well getting one of these:

Then just run iTunes on it under Windows. It costs about the same as a new Airport. Maybe there's a 3rd party router that has an iTunes server on it.
