My problem is this: I ordered on the 7th of January,ok?
The credit card # was correct but later in January my Dad cancelled that credit card and got a new one because someone that he didnt trust had the #.
During all of this time Apple never bothered to put the staus back to being reviewed and never mentioned this problem every time I called and asked why my status wasnt changing or shipping.
When they supposedly went to charge the card to make the shipment they couldnt because the number had changed and then it went to being reviewed and finally back to being assemnled when we cleared that up.
My Dad talked to Apple phone support about this they fixed the situation and said that it would ship last week...it didnt...then they said the 19th....it didnt.
I was pushed to the back of the line because of a combination of my Dad's incompetance and Apple's.
Drop it. Seriously. No one here wants to hear your problems with this iMac. Have some patience. If another month passes and you still haven't gotten it, then come back and whine some more.
Your frustration is warranted to a point. Yes, it sucks that you were pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that put a MAJOR delay in the whole process of getting your machine.
So IOW, it'll do you no good to continue staying upset with Apple because you haven't gotten your machine, because it potentially could still be a while before you get it...because you were pushed to the end of the line.
So for your own sanity do you really want to stay frustrated for what could potentially be another couple weeks? Staying frustrated won't help anything, that's for sure.

Plenty of people order new Apple products the first day they're announced and wait months. Just shut the hell up already and Jonathan or Amorph please lock this crap already.
Shut up you whinging poof!!! Compalining about your iMac being late is the last straw - what about all those people starving in the world?
Honestly would you starve for 52 days waiting for your next food delivery? Chances are you would be dead if you tried - so shut the F*** UP or I'll come round your house and S*** through your letterbox!!!

How offensive! You sicken me with that "make me feel bad so I should shut up and look at everyone else BULLSHIT!"
This is my situation and my problem and I posted my "bitch" posts to see what you guys would do if in the same situation.
Being wealthy is not a crime and you make it sound as if there are a majority of the people at Ai that are starving kids in Somalia.
I personally feel for you, Macintosh, as this issue appears to be consuming a lot of your time and energy; but this thread has gone far enough.
Now that everyone is abreast of your plight, let the issue go until you get your iMac. It seems to me that everyone empathizes to an extent with your plight, but, there are (i'm sure) people on these boards who are facing problems of greater consequence (i.e. unemployment, divorce, drug abuse, etc.) than your new $1800 computer being a few weeks late.
Chill out, and look at the big picture. You're doing pretty well for yourself overall. Nobody's going to die if you don't get your iMac immediately.
On another hand, poor taylor (El Matteo of old, no?) scores huge points for adding a healthy dose of (damn funny) reality to this thread.
Let me also reiterate that these sorts of threads only serve to throw scrutiny and negative attention your way on the boards; this is hardly the way to build respect for yourself on these forums. HINT HINT

Can you see why I am angry, just a little?

Ok, I will STFU now and log off, read a book and do homework. Time to relax.
I am sorry for wasting your time by me making you listen to my bitching.
<strong>I am able to report some good news for once. My brother called Apple today and they said it would ship soon, maybe this week.
