Black SS comes only with the black link bracelet. You can, of course, buy a second band, but the package costs $1050 or $1100 of which at least $550 is from the link bracelet.
I'm not scared off, I just don't like link braclets.
Same here. I have a high-end watch with a similar link bracelet, and it drives me up the wall: I have to carefully balance it every time I am trying to get the clasps in, to make sure that it does not slide off. I never put on that watch on a hard/uncarpeted floor!
I printed out the two sizes on my printer. They look so close in size I am leaning towards the bigger, for more screen. Has anyone said the smaller is supposed to be for women? The watch band sizes for sport are only two. So that's one easy decision. But agree with most of you. Order what I think I want. Then try on in the store.
If you are a small person with small wrists, you are not axiomatically a woman. ????

Different strokes I guess. I've owned a watch with a butterfly clasp on a leather band, and I absolutely loved it. I wouldn't want to go back to the traditional clasp (which I find harder to put on than a butterfly clasp).
The bracelet on the Apple Watch is probably the nicest bracelet I've ever seen. I can't wait to play with the ultra slim butterfly clasp.
I'll grant that the loop looks really nice too, but deep down I love the bracelet.

I dislike any kind of band with holes and a tang. I won't even buy belts with them. They alway seem to be too loose or tight. On paper at least the Milanese Loop seems like the ideal watch band: infinitely adjustable, easy on and off, and breathable. I wonder if anyone has seen one in the wild yet. Interesting that whenever Tim Cook is seen with his Apple Watch, it's apparently a Sport model with a white plastic band.

Thanks for that info.
That's a bummer.
This means Thursday night @ 3:00am right?
Good that you pointed this out!
Although, it would be hard to escape the mega-hype on 4/9....

LOL - if you believe the detractors, no one knows what good it is, so there shouldn't be that great of demand.
Ha! I'll have both computer going and the store app on my iPad, iPhone, old iPhone I use as an iPod touch...
And it will still be a crap shoot probably...
