Also, it's of interest that taking a screenshot was so slow that while it was being taken the song title in my iTunes was actually scrolling, thus the jagged text appearance.
What are those two menu items on your desktop to the left of the monitors, sound and clock?</strong><hr></blockquote>
The little "X" one is a script called Classic Spy... it allows me to start/ stop the classic environment quickly, and if its running. The little script icon is a script menu iWrote to launch AIM, GoLive, LiveMottion, PS 7, Illustrator 10 and Acrobat 5 from the menu. Quite usefull... easy to erite too.
It is one of many beautiful desktops at <a href="http://www.pixeldecor.com/" target="_blank">http://www.pixeldecor.com/</a> (though I've edited mine to remove the little pixeldecor tag, as well as resized it and I did a little graphite-ish tinting (the "graphite" on the site is just plain gray).

Oh that's weird. I have classic spy as well, but it's the little "9" on my desktop.
Just search on "Japan" and 19th or 18th century. This particular image is by Hokusai, called The Plum and the Moon, but Hiroshige has some great ones also.
It did require a little fooling around with their zoom tool and some quick photoshoppin' to piece it together, but it's worth it! Of course, if you like this one in particular, let me know and I can email it to you (save you some time)...
My desktop changes on a fairly regular basis, but it is always some picture I have taken. This is my latest (and is actually an exception to what I just said, because my friend actually took the picture of herself)

The hues are a sort of monotonous in comparison to my usual screenshot, but I'm in a monotonous mood lately.
