You made it from scratch ?

    [quote]Originally posted by Defiant:

<strong>You made it from scratch ?</strong><hr></blockquote>Yeah, it just took me a couple of hours. I always start with pencil and paper to sketch out how the polygons will fit into each part and then I use a "primative" such as a cube and start knifing it and moving around points. Then, yes, I suppose you could say I made it from scratch since I don't have a grand piano sitting next to me or the measurements from one (though I do have a Kimball upright piano and a 76-key Yamaha keyboard).

That piano is actually an integral part of an animation I'm working on. Each key is a separate object and will "play" as I sync it to a piece of music I have here.

    Here we go

If something seems off, it's becuase i'm on a vaio running XP pro. I'm so sorry. God I am...soon...very soon, i will have my powerbook and all will be right with the world. In the meantime, Vaiotosh OS X(P) will have to suffice...

I miss the good old days, when schools made us learn on that beautiful thing, the Apple IIgs.

I'm waiting until I can afford 800 mHz of raw processing power. Poor college student, you see.

I've shots of both my windows machine (which is currently in a box; moving is fun), and of my new powerbook <a href="http://homepage.mac.com/smaerty/PhotoAlbum1.html"; target="_blank">here</a>. I haven't had much time to config the powerbook much, but I love it.

I'm attempting to keep my OS X desktop minimalistic and uncluttered, as it'll need to be organized once school starts again. Bye bye windows (and that crazy kitten$!@ MAKE IT STOP <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" /> )

Probably about time to post one of my new incarnations...just for those of you who are too lazy to go back and look at my old one (I kept the image names the same so it works.)

Made this one last night. And yes, I'm stuck on the same basic layout.
