An Apple care person is looking right now on a Pismo DVD modul, almost peeing on himself in excitement and he is waiting to call you in 1 hour and 50 minutes aka in last minute JUST TO PISS YOU OFF Fran.
Luckily enough they will screw things up again, drop it and step on it when he picks it up to go to the post room
I spoke with regular Apple tech support and they said that the case was worked on '15 minutes ago'. They also said that 4:30 was probably 'their time' instead of 'my time' (despite having it well defined during our original conversation).
So the support person sent an email to her saying that I was waiting to hear from her and I should hopefully get a phone call soon.
If I don't hear anything tonight, I'm going to have to go to the next level (again).
