Ooooo. Sweeet! 8) Bet you never get any work done. I wouldn't. My G5 is next to a wall so I can't give into temptation.

Wow. Leonis' setup looks like some sort of fantasy mockup.

The amazing thing about that G5 is that as huge as it is there's something almost ethereal about it in the picture.

Those things are just beautiful. It's a step up from the SlowSilver, eh?

Yeah, that could have been on that Applele (or whatever the heck it is) site with the mockups and not been out of place. Looks freakin' amazing.

Here's my humble little iMac now:

Not really worth posting on the same page as Leonis's, but what the hell.

    heh heh

    Not another one!

Nice set-up though, Murbot ... very clean and understated. I like the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse on the desk as well.

How many Macs have you owned again?

Are you sure you really want to know the answer to this question, it could take a while for him to count (if there even is a count).

Nice iMac, Murbot. It looks great with the cordless setup.

I think that it looks like a concept line, and it's probably the closest to what the Apple designers had in mind when they were designing the new FP iMac line. Very futuristic.

So tempted to get one myself! So tempted!

BTW, can anybody tell me how to to post an image? I'd love to post my setup, but don't have any web space myself - also the target size of the image in pixels would be great!

Someone needs to snag all these pics and put them into a little thumbnailed online gallery. It would be SO much easier to look at (instead of scrolling through a bazillion pages).

Heck, even break it up into "laptops" and "desktops" even?

Just a thought. I'd do it, but screw it. I ain't in the mood.

BTW, that's a righteous PowerBook stand there, murbot! I'm going to have to get SOMETHING at some point because after only two months I can really tell my neck and back are acting up by not having my 'Book setting at a higher, more eye-level position.

I've considered the iCurve, some crap from MacAlly, some more crap from that MacMice place. Lately, I've kinda settled on that Podium Coolpad thing, but it only seems to raise things by a couple of inches, at most.

Allsop, huh? Maybe that's the one! Certainly looks the part...

Paul, you'll be much better off with some kind of stand. When I had my iBook, the reason why I got an external LCD for when I was at my desk was because my neck and eyes and back were hurting after a few months of using my iBook just on the desk.
