    I agree with the ruling, but I think Apple and every other vendor could simply add the word "nominal" to its advertising and spec sheets and be done with (at least some of) the whining. It's not like buyers of dimensional lumber are suing companies for the loss of wood content on every stick of dimensional lumber ever sold.
