Is this performance coming from your 17" PB?

The resolution of the second screenshot (1600x1024) suggests that it's not a PowerBook G4 17".

Where would he have gotten the in-game screenshots?

I looked all over the web for those specific screenshots and didn't find anything.

Ok, if it's genuine, how do you explain the horrible quality of the application title text then?

No these are real screenshots from the game, I got this game through a good friend at Ati. Supposibly they were testing this game on their Radeon 9700 running on a mac, and comparing the performance on the Pc. I have a 21inch, Powermac 1.42 w/ Radeon 9700.

-Yes I was wondering myself why the text on the top looked funny when I took the snapshot. I wasn't sure if it just came out wrong. I used snap pro X the command I typed in was "apple-shift-3"

-I am also very new to macs, I just got this mac. I'll send another screenshot

It like to see a dump of the Terminal running 'top' while running Doom 3 in window mode.

Show us the system processes window. Also show us a capture of the FPS count. Also capture a shot of the preference panes for the game. (there, that ought to settle it.)

Oh really? That jpeg file was generated by Adobe Photoshop 7.0 running on a Mac. Your default paper size is North American letter.

Where do these people get the money for programs like this anyway?
