Your thinking is screwed up severely.

You'll have to take number giant. I'm currently scheduled to be under Brussle's bed and after that I have to be al Dajjal's boogie man. I might be able to be your vaporous apparition on the 31st of this month, but you'll have to furnish your own peyote.

I think when you more of less sanction free love, then you end up with an unsustainable situation on a lot of different levels.

The thing with the culture transplant in the US is pretty complicated, but in the end the sexual revolution might have been more of a byproduct of the shift of the "Man under God/Justice as law" to the "Man as a crature of the state/Law to promote order" paradigm.

Without quoting any one sacred text or (Dena'ina tribal wisdom), most religions pretty much promise disaster with the marginalization of "the family".

I'd rather hear that from the mods. I'm not certain there is way of conclusivly telling who is who on these boards. If that is true, then I think you might be getting angry and calling me names (agian). Trying to discredit me was amusing at first but, if you don't like what I say, maybe you shouldn't read my posts.

    Ya think?

Giant, I gotta hand it to you, when you get something in your head you don't let go.

Obviously I've said something that has set you guys off. I'll leave you to it.

So much for a rational discussion.

Let me put that through the bullshit filter and here is what we come up with.

My way or the highway. I'm a nosey fvck and cannot handle views different from mine which leads me to want to enforce change on society so that they adapt to my archaic, bigoted way of thinking. I think this idea stems from the time I spent that winter alone in the igloo without other human contact and that baby seal started looking a lot like anna nicole smith and well one thing led to another and now i'm a militant christian family values man as a result.

Ah yes, "free love"--it makes keeping a concubine so much easier if you get rid of one word and call it something else.

Remember, if we were all homos, the human race would cease to exist. Speaking pluralistically, one of the litmus tests of a legitimate lifestyle is how well it scales across a culture. Homosexuality does not scale.

Oh, man, Askolodotna. What about greek or roman cultures?

and homosexuality is a natural part of animal behavior, so apparently no one told God that he ****ed up.

Look, it is obvious that ena is a repressed homosexual. As such, I am willing, in my everlasting quest to better this world, to have sex with him. Note that I am not gay, but it is one sacrifice I am willing to make in the war against all that ena stands for. So ena, tell me when. I'll bring the Vaseline.

BR and der Kopf let's quit with the personal attacks before the thread has to be closed.

If you don't agree, then don't agree, but don't weaken your stance and opinion by resorting to childish ad hominem attacks.

If you treated your Askolodotna strawman the way you just treated me, there's should be no surprise if (s)he twisted off on you.(and it's Soldotna, down on the Kenai Peninsula). Remedial geography, anyone?

And BR, the Anchorage-Matsu area has a population of about 325,000+ people. And no igloos. Get real---the earth isn't flat and Alaska isn't the end of it.

Hells bells giant, what about Christian, Jewish, Islamic and Chinese Cultures? Yes, they didn't burn out after several hundred years.---they all have a narrowly defined culture at their center.

Try looking at it this way: when you see something you want you must pay for it. Much in the same way that property rights deny a thief what he must pay for. With any rule set there is denial (which is basically the point of the rules.)

I started this post..I didn't think you wanted this thread to last Der Kopf ? Why do my posts get used as wrestling rings for people to fire spitballs at each other?

Sheesh, It's tough enough to be upside down in the furtherest point away from the rest of you on the planet, as well as having to post all alone as every one else on the planet is alseep. ( For whole hours there it literally no one else out there. )

Like I said, I opened this post to hear opinions, I like to think you are all level headed intellectual types..hmmm..Maybe I could learn from you guys..?

But my parrot has learn't enough swear words from you lot to last him ten life times\
