I hear stores like Best Buy & Target are complaining because Apple makes them buy all of the colors, even if only one or two of the colors are popular.
Maybe this is because they are not to be sold individually... from all I can see on Apple's site is that the 29$ buys you all six colors.

Yea I know this. My post was my poor attempt at humor poking fun regarding the original iMac when they went multi-color and stores were forced to buy 1 of each color (so 5 or 6) when ordering.
Man, there's no way I'll be able to run Doom 3 on these socks with that crippled GPU. Why doesn't Apple acknowledge that there are a lot of passionate sock gamers out here that will have to purchase Windoze socks?? F'n Steve Jobs...
I also find the lack of a headless sock to be very disturbing. Apple is really missing out on a huge market with that one.

Wouldn't a headless sock in fact be a sweatband? Why are you trying to make the socks into something they are not? Hmmmm?
If you want the sweatband, get the new, improved, PowerBand! They come with 2 bands for just a little more than a sock pack. Of course, if you want to add tops, the PowerBands will cost at least twice as much as the socks, but they're made for professionals so they're worth it.
I'm sorry folks, but these socks are underclocked! Apple is once again intentionally crippling this version so they won't compete with their Pro series yet to be announced!

I guess I'm not the only person who heard that stupid commercial over and over and over again ...
Didn't Apple anticipate that more people would want the longer sock? Grrr....

Hmmm...Apple's saying my crew-cut iSock order has a delivery day of Dec 21, but my friend got his ankle-cuts yesterday.
