Excellent, that means it's replaceable. Btw, did you apply something like Uno to your interface to get the unified look or has this changed by now in Leopard? It's just that Uno doesn't show pinstripes when windows are in the background.

AND IS BRUSHED METAL FINALLY GONE?!!?!?! OMG?!?!?!
The "Big Bang" is no longer visible at all.* It is always 100% of the time covered by the window you are viewing, resulting in a rather underwhelming appearence.
Also, windows no longer fade out into the distance.* They shrink, but opacity remains at 100%.
I'm rather disapointed.* =(

I can't wait for Apple to come cracking down on guys like you.
A Google search will give you nice reminder of how Apple sued guys like you not to long ago for either a) breaking their NDA or b) stealing software.
And since you brought it up, and you would know this if you actually got a copy of Leopard Preview legally, the version Jobs was using was a more current build than what was given to developers. So, things like the big bang, etc., weren't taken away, it's that they aren't in the version Apple gave the developers.
What pisses me off is the general public needs properly tested software. But because of people breaking their NDA's, and kids like "> _ >" who come here are talk publicly about software they obviously stole, Apple is forced to give developers limited and old builds.
So we all lose. Because the actual release to the general public will have less testing and bug fixing.
To the clown ">_>" who continues to post here, stop. You're hurting everyone with this moronic behavior.
And MODS, lock this guy out. You're putting this great site at risk also.
This is borderline against the posting guidelines, as he isn't posting the actual images, and he isn't asking for tech support.
Nonetheless, it pisses me off that he has the build and even though I PAID $500 fucking dollars for a Select membership I still can't get the build because I couldn't make it to WWDC this year.

That's not going to happen, because they have far bigger fish to fry. If they were interested, they'd discipline internal staff (Re: recent firings at Apple Stores for Leopard leak discussion -- this has happened) or the people higher up in the food chain who leaked this.
That said, I won't for a moment believe that Apple did not expect this to get leaked. In fact, I'm certain they were counting on it. It's marketing and publicity. Now, if someone were to publish benchmarks or something negative about Leopard in a larger publication, I'm sure the Apple Legal machine would kick into high gear, but for now, discussion about Leopard builds is discussion NOT about Vista builds, and that's a good thing.

A quick Google search will show you that Apple did in fact sue people for this type of BS when Tiger was in pre-release.
Think Secret can post screenshots and everything is fine, but as soon as I start suddenly it's wrong and I'm going to be sued?
Ya okay.

PS:
a) Think Secret got sued. Several times.
b) "Everyone else is doing it" doesn't make it right
c) At least get your facts right. Posting on "removed features" when you unknowlingly have an old build is spreading FUD and in general, crap, in the Mac community.
Do what you want, just keep it to yourself or take it somewhere else. Maybe Spymac.

Er, what? What kind of bearing does piracy have on stability of software?

He was comparing changes between the seed and the seed update, not between the keynote and the seed.

I'm shaking.
A.* If Apple wants my money, they need only ask.* I did not steal Leopard, and I send in at least a dozen crash reports a day.
B.* Ever sped in your car?* Gotten a ticket?* It may be against the law, but if "everyone" on the freeway is going 90, you may notice nobody gets pulled over.
C.* Get your facts right.* My build is newer than your build.
Furthermore, I don't think that Apple needs to make Time Machine so fun, to the point that you are destroying important documents on *purpose, just so you can recover it for the fun of it.
Ha ha, like the first trash can that actually bulged out when you put something in it... I don't know about the rest of you, but I spent a lot of time creating new folders and dragging them in and emptying, demoing to freinds and all. And then the Oscar the Grouch extension came along...Whew!
Comments
So I'm guessing that Eloi and Morlocks dancing across the screen a la flying toasters is out, too, right...?
No, that can only happen once it's determined the data is un-recoverable ... in order to help cheer the user up.

I'm guessing no since it would've been mentioned somewhere.
