Except that Apple has a policy of not shipping to address forwarding services because of "fraud."
American Express claims you can do it. Sorry but I can't find the link ~ its in their brochures somewhere for Asia, some sort of "Shop the US from the World" feature, and Apple is specifically mentioned.
You are really taking my jocular comment about an incident that happened 185 years ago to heart. Note that I don't think Steve Jobs doesn't give Canada special deals on Apple products because of a very old incident that occured by British troops from a Canadian colony.
If I would had known the foolish paranoia people had en mass I would have bought some stock in such things.
After the economy readjusts and Gold falls again i will be buying gold. This way, when the economy suffers again and sticks fall I can watch gold go up. This has all happened before and it will happen again; so say we all.
By country I refer to sovereign state. My point was the terms Britain/British are not interchangable with England/English. They are not the same thing.
Until they learn to say "zee" instead of "zed" I consider them to be inbred island goofballs with bad teeth and no cooking skills

Goofball island - sounds like a new reality show...
It's our language, the seppoes only licensed an old copy and then started making their own edits to the code.
As for cooking skills - you're SOL there... why are the celebrity chefs in US primetime TV, British or thereabouts (Gordon R, Marco P W)? Partly because you lot can't get enough of the swearing in a fancy accent, but also because they can cook... as Michelin will attest.
Celebrity chefs are numerous and hugely popular in Britain, all my friends are always attempting recipes from their books and cooking shows are mainstream TV, not tucked away on some Food TV channel.
That said, the average standard of British food was vastly inferior when I first moved stateside, but it has steadily been improving through the years to the point where it is now a lot more innovative and interesting at moderate price points (e.g. Gastro Pubs) than in the US which is dominated by cookie-cutter casual dining chains.
You got us on the teeth tho - terrible - always amazed at seeing UK celebs on TV with snaggle-teeth.

We're closer to the mainland than Europe and I don't think taxes apply...
Population wouldn't matter because we're pretty dense on the island. Almost 4 million enclosed in 35x100 miles.

Not true... When ordering something to Puerto Rico, Apple recommends some address forwarding services.
Calling Canadians Terrorist? WTF is America?
Just south of Canada.
Don't do us any favours!
Why would we want your Apple stores? Macs are cheaper here. Way cheaper!
For example, a Macbook Pro 15' lists for $1999 in the US or $1743 (US) in Canada.
But I sure wished you had our banking system too.
Tell me about it. BMO (Bank of Montreal) has turned into a paperweight along with all other bank stocks.
take back alanis morissette and we'll talk.
I dont want to keep the heavy, dumpy, angry Alanis but wouldnt mind the slimmed down and better looking Alanis.

You Canadians need to breed more, your market is too small - a population half that of France and barely twice of Holland.
It's too cold in Canada to breed properly.
