The clip in which they carry around that giant X looks like one of those movies the Beatles did back in the early 60's. This was something new and funny 40 years ago. But is it fun today? <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" />

I definitely enjoyed that one as well. Not to mention the junkmail spot. I've been sticking with Eudora because of its simple file structure and superior searching, but might have to try Mail's spam filtering.

I have no doubt that funny and creative ads that specifically showcase superior Apple software would be received well by the potential switcher audience (if Apple were to release them).
I think its funny Apple makes random little quicktime movies for no real purpose other then us losers to jump on them and critique them the minute they are up...
That really sucks...I wanted to save them for when they went down, and now they have gone down and I can't watch them! anyone out thre know where i can get them?

If Apple is trying to get people to switch, their commercials have to not be quirky or cute. They have to be mainstream because that is the market they're going for.
You are missing the obvious. These are for the upcoming macworld in January. Just the same way SJ opened up the last one with the switcher ads (which had been out a short while also) THESE are for the NEXT show. natch?

Oops, that's hard to swallow and digest. I never thought of myself as being conservative. But after all Zuerich is the hometown of Zwingli. And silly me always thought the brave new world is conservative. Nevertheless, these movies are X-rated!!!
Maybe I don't like these clips because I differentiate between humor and fun and maybe because I have seen too many Cannes Roles and maybe because I think style can be fun.

Despite that (or because of it?), they sure are real scrappy, quirky, and cute.
I wouldn't expect these to go on TV, though.
Junk Mail: good movie. funny "humming". good point.
On the Loose: funny seeing the X running out of Apple HQ. networking.
Find Yourself: haha ! I laughed. He looks so funny in some shots !
Express Yourself: RAURGHHHG !!! (especially funny if you read that continuing "sushi on main" story.

Maybe they'll convert more switchers when they show more of what Jag' and an iMac flat can DO!
