    Here's one. Changing any one of the characters for a hex value in Huddler's watched string will do it.

    I don't know what that means. Are you asking if you can target just their homepage? If so, then yes, as it's still the address but with a hex value browsers can parse. In fact, you can even use the IP address or even the binary address if you want.
