So what about Fagan’s comments of a “lying dormant cyber pathogen” on the device? Well, he’s right about the lying part, but the rest sounds entirely made up.
Yea right. By now everyone knows this is a test case the FBI and DOJ chose specifically for its terrorism aspect. Problem is everyone knows they are lying. They FBI has already said they don't expect to find any data on the subject phone pertinent to an ongoing investigation. They acted alone, not in concert of participation with others, and they are dead. Their is no good reason to continue this nonsense of forcing Apple to supply the government with a backdoor hack. A Brooklyn, NY judge has said so.
The truth is that the FBI is hoping to find the secret formula for the Flux Capacitor on the phone so they can build a time machine to go back in time.
Back in time so they can ... wager some ginormous Vegas bets on who is going to win Super Bowl 50.
San Bernadino County reset the passcode, making it impossible to access the phone's data by any other means but a brute force attack. The did this intentionally, at the request of the FBI. Freaking bunch of liars.

We already find it hard to trust government and now this BS. We all know Farook and Malik pretty much acted alone and used their own resources and minimal help from a neighbor to plan the attack. ISIS pretty much ignored them, so no foreign contact. Based on what we know, where is the evidence that they had the resources and sophistication to develop and plan a cyber attack? Fknn DA (FBI & DOJ) for flat out lying.
I suppose the more paranoid conspiracy theorists might suggest that the FBI knew exactly what it was doing when it instructed the San Bernardino authorities to change the iCloud password. That way, they could then say that only Apple can get the info on the phone, and thus set a precedent for required backdoor hacks.
FN mill-gens: no respect for law, no respect for order, no respect for those who have served for your convenience, and right to disagree... but guess what? There are more of us who have served, who love this country, who care for goodness, who pay taxes and don't have the time for your fucking snarky ignorance. Yes, believe it or not, you didn't 'invent' any of the things you see... there are still surprisingly more of us who believe in the rights of 14 innocent people murdered by these demons, (now permanent residents of the Hell), in a broad daylight, in cold blood! Time for class (the one your skipped) b/c the 'Common good' will come before your mere convenience, and faux outrage... the 4th protects us all against 'unreasonable search and seizure' (read it!) ... there is NOTHING at all unreasonable about opening ONE phone to gather intelligence about the possible connections of these evil f@#Ks! Apple is delaying the inevitable ... and what they are doing is minimally is 'obstructing a Federal Investigation,' which is in itself a Crime. Oh, and we ARE still a Nation of Laws, whether you subscribe to anarchy, socialism, individual relativism, or just narcissism... Justice will and does prevail... in this life, or the finally in the NEXT! Yup, I'm sayin' it...God IS and... your violent lack of belief will never change that. So get on board, think about someone other than yourself, or prepare to 'dress lightly' for some bad-ass eternal humid-heat! Peace, and may the Good Lord freely convince you to choose Him! OK, now attack me
If the FBI wants the iPhone cracked they need only withdraw their demands in the courts. This would then alleviate the condition that Apple's assistance would create a dangerous precedent. Apple could then take the phone behind closed doors, apply whatever means they deem appropriate to unlock it, and hand it back unlocked to the FBI. And that's all you need to know in order to understand the FBI's true, and insidious (look that word up before you react to it), motives.

If the FBI knew what they were doing, everyone involved should be fired as they are lying. If the FBI didn't know what they were doing, everyone involved should be fired for incompetence. The American tax payer is paying for this nonsense in more ways than $$. Enough is enough.
After snorting coffee I wasn't even drinking, this came to mind: Mr. Ramos, go home. You're embarrassing yourself. If you keep this up you're going to need glasses.
It's just another attempt at fear-mongering and getting the less-intelligent segment of the general population on board with giving up their rights. It would be completely laughable if that particular segment of the general population weren't so large...

Republicans, in other words?
