Judge sanctions Apple for blatantly violating 'Fortnite' App Store order
The FU’s are starting to pile-up for Cook. 1) Over reliance on China mfg, 2) Apple Car 10 year R&D fiasco, 3) No plan to lower App Store commission over time leading to court imposed changes, 4) The on-going 12 year Siri clusterfuc*, 5) Botched AI rollout, 6) Over emphasis on DEI and “Justice” over product innovation, 6) Weak Board of Directors
This was suppose to be Apple’s golden age and now things just seam to be going sideways -

Apple will be on the hunt for two new board members soon
Apple Senior Execs and the Board of Directors have become like the US government - too old and too out of touch
75 for a Board seat in the world of Tech? Good grief. Lower that to 65 or 70 immediately. What possibly could this Board be contributing? How could they possibly assess if Apple’s AI plans are off track?

All hands on deck: Tim Cook, Craig Federighi address Apple employees on AI, Siri
Mike Wuerthele said:red oak said:Who brought up “community service” for this all-hands?We are going to war gentleman. Gear up and fly the Pirate Flag
It was Tim Cook who brought it up, by the way.
And yes, I know Cook brought it up -
Tim Cook isn't going to get fired, and Steve Jobs isn't rolling over in his grave
Cook needs to get rid of all DEI at Apple. It is a cancer that kills internal culture and allows 2nd tier employees to exist at the company. Apple still has "Racial Equity and Justice" and "Inclusion and Diversity" links on its home page. It is disgusting
Competitors are moving faster, more aggressively, and only care if an employee can deliver results. While Apple is primarily focused that everyone, regardless of talent, is "included".
This is going to kill this company -
How Donald Trump's election as U.S. President could affect Apple
Your obviously seething about the election results, being you were so far up the Democrats and HRC's asses
BTW, it's a 10% tax holiday and then 15% going forward on all foreign earnings. Apple will be all over this and will be able to bring $200B back to the US if they wish
More important, it would be a 15% income tax on everything going forward, vs the current 26% Apple has been accruing. It would be a massive windfall and dramaticallly improve operating results of the company going forward. Was this too inconsequential for you to mention in your tirade?
