The EU's support of Ireland has meant it has gone from one of the poorest countries in the bloc to one of the richest.  It's a major success story, and the Irish are not going to jeopardise that by doing something so stupid like leave the EU.  Only one country has ever been idiotic enough to do that, and they're knee deep in shit as a consequence.

I doubt this has legs, but I hope Apple up the storage level of the free tier to head it off anyway, the lack of increase over so many years is as much of an insult to their customers as is their RAM and storage upgrade pricing.

Incidentally, this fine is well short of 10% of global turnover.  It's barely 1% of revenue in the EU.

Oh come on.  A world of interesting things to make 3D films about and they choose Bono?  Apple's boner for Bono and U2 is bizarre.

I might use it if it was on macOS and/or iPadOS.  Absolutely no chance as iOS only.  Bizarre that Apple haven't expanded it.
