Sonos' scrapped MagSafe speaker would have had trouble finding a target market
It's potentially a good idea, depending upon the sound quality. I would use it for travel, in hotel rooms, for example. But, I already have a Sonos Roam for that purpose, so I wouldn't be in the market for a speaker like this unless the sound quality were at least as good as the Roam. Also, as Apple4thewin noted, it needs a kickstand or else the speaker is going to be pointed at the ceiling. -

How Apple's use of eucalyptus in Apple 2030 is controversial
In California, Eucalyptus trees have been caused several forest fires. The trees contain hot oil that can explode from the tree and cause spontaneous combustion in debris on the forest floor. Those fires spread quickly. Eucalyptus, as noted earlier, is native to Australia, but was planted in California a long time ago. Transplanting non-native vegetation (and species) to areas is often a bad idea. Could eucalyptus cause fires in the Amazon Rain Forest? That certainly would negate any carbon sequestering advantage.
