In California, Eucalyptus trees have been caused several forest fires. The trees contain hot oil that can explode from the tree and cause spontaneous combustion in debris on the forest floor. Those fires spread quickly. Eucalyptus, as noted earlier,…

It's potentially a good idea, depending upon the sound quality. I would use it for travel, in hotel rooms, for example. But, I already have a Sonos Roam for that purpose, so I wouldn't be in the market for a speaker like this unless the sound qualit…

The color is matte black, not matt black. Matt Black is probably the name of a secret agent in a Netflix spy movie.

I don't know, but I suspect that Passthrough might describe a feature that would allow Apple Music to play Dolby Atmos on Sonos speakers. It has been unfortunate that Sonos speakers only play Atmos/Spatial Audio through the Sonos App. It would be gr…

I would like to see Barclay Banks as Apple's credit card partner. Apple used to have a relationship with Barclay and there were hard feelings when Apple switched to GS for their branded card.

Maybe a good compromise would be to add "Simon Says," like, "Siri, Simon says turn on the kitchen light."

Without comparing the audio quality of the Sonos 300 vs the HomePod, this comparison isn't very useful. Personally, I would probably want a pair of Sonos 300s and a HomePod mini in a room. The mini could handle Siri requests or even tell the Sonos w…

I would like to know if it works well with webcams? Can both be installed at the same time?

I’m a Carl Hiassen fan and I am looking forward to seeing this made into a series. If you haven’t read any of his books, he is quite funny and a great storyteller.

I’m guessing that Barclays was understandably unhappy that Apple chose GS to offer the Apple credit card. I hope they continue the iTunes rewards program. It pays for my iTunes subscription and all of the software I purchase from the app store.

Mac-case.com has very nice leather iPad covers.

Try saying “Documentary Now Exclamation Point.” PatchyThePirateV.2 said: Oh great, now Siri can suck just as bad as it does on the Apple TV. How can Siri still be so terrible, even at basic, rote tasks? Just one example: I tried searching f…

Hooked up to a MacOS computer, HomePods still have a glaring deficiency when used as a stereo pair. They only work with iTunes music or the TV app. But, at $700 a pair, the Hotgalares would have to have incredible audio performance to be worth the m…

I'm interested to know if the sound quality is improved in the AirPod Pros and how good the seal and the fit are.

Until Apple gets AirPlay 2 to work properly with a stereo pair of HomePods, they will continue to be one of the worst products ever released by Apple. iTunes loses its connection to the Homepods and frequently the HomePods can no longer find the Int…

The Homepod is a buggy piece of garbage. Who cares about radio stations? I would be happy if they actually worked reliably in stereo and worked with more than one single app — iTunes. My Homepods are the only Apple device I truly regret buying.

I've been using Parallels Access for remote access to my systems. I don't use it very often, but I've been very happy with the performance when I do. It's worth checking out.
