I have no issue with the text of that message but find the Caution symbol (in red no less) a little over the top and unnecessary. A simple NOTE: would be sufficient to caution users especially if that warning is prominently placed. I see the use of the Caution symbol as poking the EU bear. Or giving it The Finger.
