I have pb, and just turn the screen all the way down and let it do whatever with the screen open. Or if you want, you can close it almost all the way and it will still work.

Reading all this and having had AirTunes station for a few weeks now, I wish they did make a remote. Even though I have a powerbook, I don't want to carry that around everywhere I go in the house to play/pause/adjust volume or choose playlist(i.e. …

Well, went and stuck my foot in my mouth. I misunderstood the post when I read it. Don't know what to say about radial pull. I would think the mechanic is right and the tire store is just trying to sell you extra tires so they can make money? T…

I have the 17" inch powerbook, with creature speakers. They rock! They look cool, match the grey color of apple and are small for the sound they put out. they aren't going to fill an entire house, but they'll do just fine in slightly smaller spac…

Thanks for the tip. I did try selecting Mouse and other device. Neither worked. I get to the point where the computer is telling me it's working on pairing with the mouse, and just get the little spinning grey thing. I even left the computer on …

I would say it doesn't help. I've downloaded intellipoint 5.1 and still can't get mouse to pair with computer(powerbook). And still can't configure the thumb buttons. I may be doing something wrong, but have no idea what. That little initial lag…

Okay, I know the pb is portable. I guess I want something that will change volume, say when I'm watching a movie because I wouldn't be watching with it right next to me then. Plus, I like the idea of walking around with a remote control. I'm not …
