It is paired with an iPhone. If there is a bluetooth headphone, it can paired with the iPhone for music, not the iWatch.

Also, iOS devices have longer term support from Apple and higher resale value ($100+) if you want to upgrade your device.

No kidding, I have been doing that for free upgrade of my phone every 2 years. Since the iPhone 5 is quite good, I may buy the iPhone 6 and sell it immediately to make it cover the cost and the phone bill as well. Ka-chin.....

The impression I have after reading this article is that Surface 2 has an identity crisis, not entertainment enough to be an iPad nor productive enough as a laptop.

Assuming someone can break the code, what can they do with it? get into your iTunes account or your iPhone? Unless there is a wide adoption of this fingerprint tech by apps, there are not much use for it.
