While Windows was "good enough" for the PC, it was lightyears away from being good enough for mobile, and that's what killed it from being ubiquitous. Neither Gates nor anyone else at Microsoft ever struck me as being visionary. They were at the r…

Apparently 1) most of the paranoids here don't read what other people write 2) you all use untrusted NFS mounts This is the only explanation why people are still posting tips about dealing with this overblown non-existant "exploit". 99.99% of al…

I can see why this is a bug, but I fail to see the real life security implications because there is no privilege escalation. Can someone (maybe the author Malcolm Owen) enlighten us why this is tagged as 'high severity' flaw?

Those lockscreen bugs exist since years now and have generated a lot of bad press so far. I have most lockscreen access features disabled until Apple eventually hires a professional developer working on it. And they should hire this guy. It is embar…

The pop-up alert says something in the line of sub-par gaming experience on the Apple TV compared to other platforms. Does anyone know (not speculate) more details about this?

Good writing, but what I'm missing is a summary of why we here the "pundits" praise Microsoft, Samsung, Google etc, while the mainstream media can't wait to publish the next anti-Apple headline? Do those companies pay more than Apple does, or are *w…
