article, “Running Mac apps”. Yes, please! MacPro, “'I wouldn't film my daughter's party wearing a Vision Pro' comments….” Flash brackets are made to position external lights centered over the image plane for the purpose of casting the most aesthetic…

A fine gentleman once told me with a warm smile: “There comes a point in the life of every product when you shoot the engineer and ship it!” I'm content trusting Tim to let John and Johny live.

On the AppleInsider cover page, I read the headline: “Pegatron plans second iPhone plant in India”. As my eyes journeyed south to William Gallagher’s name, they took a small detour to the left and spied Chinese characters. I suspect that this photog…

Daffodils on my mind. Looking out on a snowy white landscape and dreaming of spring, it has a vibrant charm. A beloved roommate of the past deplored donning yellow. My puckish thought upon seeing this was: “Kay could use one of these!” If only it ha…

I like SanDisk’s work on the Pro-Blade system. I’m waiting to assess the Apple Silicon Mac Pro’s approach to storage. Something like this integrated into a Mac Pro, much as I have a Zip drive integrated into my Sawtooth Power Mac G4, would be desira…

“…it could also mean that there's still little demand for VR products…” I don't see a compelling VR application on the market, but a headset of sufficient power to supplant a laptop would have my full investment interest.

Thank you for great reporting; a Christmas stocking hung at www.appleinsider.com with care, ~360 days of the year!

Hopefully, this meeting of minds included plans for moving to square image sensors.

Phil’s personableness, marketing skills, even his stature, remind me of my late father. I miss seeing him at Apple Events. Three cheers for Phil! Prosper in peace, Dad Brother! :-)

I have been wondering if a capability like unto this, native support for NVMe storage, was being designed into the upcoming Apple silicon Mac Pros. With the announcement of SanDisk Professional’s Pro-Blade system, I have wondered about a more physic…

Great work by Apple! I wish the SDXC slot was inclusive of CFexpress Type B. I wish the Mac Studio was made in the USA.

I vote for square image sensors arranged in a row and the flash placed above them. This will enable the flash to light from above each sensor in either landscape, portrait, or square images.
