Disney is Empire of Evil #1 and Fox/NewsCorp is Empire of Evil #2 Comcast is Empire of Evil #3. If Apple is getting into content in a big way Disney is a competitor and that will become increasingly apparent over time. The current market cap of D…

If your house is wired for Cable that you are no longer using, could you not re-purpose the wires to distribute your internet and avoid running Ethernet cable? Maybe there is a business opportunity for making an adapter to allow Ethernet over TV cab…

Podcasts needs a stand alone app on Mac OS.

I have been hoping Apple would put HomeKit on Mac OS for some time and this looks like a band aid or half hearted attempt. I would rather see Home by Matthias Hochgatterer on the Mac- it is simply better than Apple's and used the name first. https:…

Bought the 29 Watt USB C Adapter to replace the glacial charging of buy iPad Pro on the included 5 watt charger. Do not waste your money. I later bought an Anker Powerport 2 Elite (24 watt) with IQ charging. It does a better job than either Apple …

As the owner of an Apple Watch and a CarPlay equipped auto, I cannot imagine why anyone would need to look at their watch. Via CarPlay I can do stuff like check on my HomeKit stuff while driving and never take my hands off of the wheel or the road.

Glad to see we can ditch Apple Maps- it is not ready for prime time for accurate navigation or traffic routing. Hopefully we will get better streaming radio options. TuneIn Radio Pro has been on CarPlay for a long time but makes my iPhone run h…

I think the response to the U2 album was a wake up call to Tim Cook and others at Apple. In general, I like U2 (the older stuff, mostly), but did not want that slbum being pushed to my devices or added to my library. Steve Jobs was adamant about pr…

I hate advertising and despise it in applications. Free programs laced with ads are evil and paid apps with ads are sonething I will not do.

The most important feature for my next phone will be 5G support. As long as we are on LTE my 7 is fine. I also do not want a glass back and have little interest in paying extra for fake bokeh or Face ID. If Face ID is standard, I want the option of…

With so many cars integrating so much into the OEM head units these days, how many people are putting aftermarket units like this in? The touch didplay in many cars is used for ride settings, tire pressure monitoring, launch control, etc.

Hopefully it will be standard over the line. My 2016 VW Golf had it standard way back then. VW still includes it on all models, unlike BMW that charges for it. Cadillac runs an ad talking about available (read extra cost) CarPlay. Does Apple charge…

Would love to see an updated iPad mini but do not expect it. Would really like to see an updated Mac mini, but am not holding my breath. I'm guessing that Apple may show us a version of xCode that can run on iOS with an iPad Pro.

Never knew they had apps. One of the biggest problems with the iOS and Mac app stores is discovery of new software.

Apple Maps/Navigation is still not ready for Prime Time. Out in rural America, it will try to route you over unimproved (read dirt or gravel) roads instead of paved arterial roads as it apparently cannot discern the difference to a passenger car at…
