Well, I too would love to be able to use iWork and get rid of Office (my only MS software). But, it has to be compatible with Office(i.e. .doc .xls .ppt) or I don't think it will ever really take off. BTW I've never used iWork, what are the curr…

Damn, I just checked UPS online and it said it would cost about $150 to ship a small package from brussels to the US. Is that correct? If so, then yes that's too expensive.

If you're looking to get rid of one of your old batteries, I'd be more than happy to take one off your hands

Well, I'm not going to. How's that

Well, I've installed all of these with no problem (had me worried with the "Update: MacNN notes that this update has been pulled from Apple's servers without explanation. Installation is not advised. "). The PB battery update works as far as I know…

NM, downloaded the installer again and it had an uninstaller bundled with it, and it worked.

You should be able to transfer just what you'd like to have on your new computer, and assuming that you have MS Office for Mac that will transfer just fine as well. Just one of many many advantages OS X has over XP is the ablility to drag and drop …

Well, while we're on the topic, I was soooo impressed with Apple and FedEx this christmas. I ordered an iPod 30GB (with personalized engraving) late sunday night and got it yesterday. The earliest the website said was the 27th. Awesome service. Als…

Yeah, there's not much argument to this. If you bought the 2 drives because you need the space a RAID 0 setup is the way to go, it's no more likely to fail than if you just put two drives running independently. If you bought the 2 drives and don't…

Yeah this is cool, but you had this last time you posted. Let me know when the dashboard widget is available.

exactly, and one of the nicer features is when you are somewhere unfamiliar, you can search for restaurants, or malls or whatever you want. By name or by type, once you get used to it you really miss it if you don't have it.

no, the only way to charge it is while it's plugged in to the usb port on your computer. although you can purchase a charger at apple.com for about $30

I have GPS built in to my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I love it. Definitely worth the cost, and great integration into the radio/dash. I personally don't care for the external units, my Dad had one and it just didn't seem to fit in well with his car.…

Damn, thats a lot of music. You might be waiting a while for 100gb. I would go ahead and get one if I were you, sounds like you need/could use it. You might also have to free up some space for some videos
