Im guessing that the hardware component of Tremor will be re-packaged and included in a high-end digital video worksstation from Apple. I believe the tremor card could handle uncompressed capture among other nice features.

Well you can re-link media in your clip bin by ctrl-clicking on the clip and then re-linking to the new location. This process won't update the clips in the timeline though. I've never actually been through this process so i don't have a good answer…

Yes GoLives code for rollovers etc is terrible. I use it to layout my tables etc and then code the rest by hand. Javascript rollover code is everywhere and can be easily adapted even by me and im far from experienced with coding.

It's no final cut pro killer. Solid and boasts the "Avid" interface which is a plus to all those editors out there with avid experience. I still find FCP to be a great program, very intuitive and solid.

Can you outline which Rt Cards you may be speaking about ? Most guys producing for broadcast simply edit at DV and then get a transfer to Beta-SP or Digi-Beta. Obviously the quality is never better than the 5-1 compression of DV.
