After working in retail, anything over a week is plenty enough time for christmas returns. (Most returns are, indeed, done on the day after) You shouldn't need much longer deciding if you want to keep it or not. :P (or if it works)

This pisses me off. One of the major reasons I got my MBP was because I knew when I moved over to England I could still get it easily repaired/etc. If they don't fix this problem-- and fast, I'm going to be one angry redhead
