So is ZFS going to come onto the desktop client version of Snow Leopard? That's the only feature I want from Snow Leopard really. ZFS root for Snow Leopard with L2ARC caching with a cluster of USB flash drives would rock the world for Mac users.

Wow, I broke my own rules and shorted GOOGLE at the closing. It is amazing that not even google is immune to this crap. I guess this short California rule is going to play well for another quarter or so.

Last post of the day, before I go off to bed. Unless an unlocked 3G iphone comes out in 2 months, I see AAPL trading at $110 strike price by March. Fasten your seatbelts, or prepare to double down at that price I guess. The proper way if you …

@Ascii: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...y_GDP_(nominal) You are talking about GDP, or how much US produces in a year. According to wiki, it already reached 14.6 Trillion in 2006. Lets assume that in 2007 GDP grew at 4% and in 2008 GDP…

If it keeps the cost down I'm glad the 2600xt is the default card. Not everyone uses a 30". I'm on a 24" and I think the 2600xt would be fine for most things besides any semi-serious gaming. They could have done worse... Like they did with the last …

The standard configuration uses the Radeon HD2600XT? That's such a horrible mismatch for Intel's mighty 8 cores @ 2.8Ghz @ 1600FSB!!!!!....You will be crawling at the 30 inch resolution for anything 3d. I don't know if iTunes can use the visualiza…

well...the records speak loudly against CITIGROUP. Last time they downgraded apple, it was in the high 70s, and due to their downgrade, it dipped to 72. And look at the performance three months after the downgrade? almost up 20% percent. CITIG…

38 Billion? last time i checked, at 87 dollars a share, AAPL is already a 75 Billion dollar company. I see AAPL becoming a 100 Billion dollar company in 2007
