  • Amazon employees arrested for stealing $592,000 worth of iPhones

What do you think we're looking at with that Amazon stock photo?  That clearly isn't a traditional "warehouse" since every shelf contains an eclectic mix of products (and mostly books?).
Amazon actually found it is faster and more efficient to “randomly” place stock all over the warehouse.  Not all the XYZ Widget are in one place, but on shelves all over.   Obviously their computer system knows where everything is and so as stock is pulled they can go to the closest position for the next item needed for the order instead of potentially going all the way across the warehouse (if all of the same widget were in one place ).

This article describes it (amongst other Amazon related stuff) — https://www.logiwa.com/blog/amazon-inventory-management-system

  • Apple may adopt large-scale MagSafe technology for Apple Car charging

Seems awfully complicated.  It's not hard to get in the habit of plugging in. I've been driving an Audi PHEV for over 4 years and can probably count on one hand the number of times I've forgotten to plug in.

  • Epic refutes Apple's claim 'Fortnite' lawsuit was marketing exercise

    Dear Apple Insider:

The headline claims that Epic has refuted Apple's claims, but the article gave no evidence of that. Epic did file counter claims but they are just that, counter claims.  Those counter claims have not been proven to be true / factual, which is necessary for an actual refutation to have taken place. Please refer to the definition of "refute": 1. to prove to be false or erroneous.  2.  To prove (a person) to be in error.  (Dictionary.com).   In both cases thir needs to be proof, not just claims.

  • Facebook-owned Instagram also chafing at Apple's App Store control

But Facebook and Instagram would never terminate a business's or Individual's  accounts without warning and without good explanation?  Destroying that business or organization?  Causing that individual to lose all their contacts (on messenger), contact  points for others, etc?

Nah. They would never do that.

Of wait.  Happens probably daily.  Most recent is the Facebook page for "Tactical Sh!t".  All their related sites and anyone who is affiliated with them also lost  their personal Facebook account.  And it seems this is permanent.  The reason  given is totally bogus and made up and without warning.  (It appears to be politically related).
