Apple's Mac mini an 'important product,' staying in lineup
I think it's disgraceful that Apple has allowed these products to languish for so long. Apple also needs to up the anti in their Remote Desktop functionality and get more involved in Cloud computing. If they don't start taking these markets seriously, they are going to be looking like IBM before they lost the PC market. There is still a significant market in these areas. -

Simply Mac stores closing amid apparent corporate restructuring
Apple has made it almost impossible for third party resellers. It's a shame, because they do a very poor job servicing vertical sectors and educational institutions themselves. They've left a lot of money on the table and many customers wanting because of a greed to take it all themselves. Oh and I personally think the customer service in most Apple stores is horrendous. If you like mingling with hordes of tire kickers and half witted sales folks, it's your place. Otherwise, not so much. -
What history teaches about Apple's windows of opportunity for 2017
Sorry, there is simply no excuse for Apple not updating core products like the MacPro and Mac Mini. They are leaving money on the table. They are not innovating. The PC is not dead. The Microsoft Surface Pro is more compelling than any iMac in the last three years. Come on Apple, you are leaving your customers high and dry. -
