Colorado no longer has qualified immunity, so she might actually get something.  Of course, the cops will never admit that they didn't do everything in their power to make sure they had the right address.

This solidifies my already mostly solid decision to go with last year's model.  Thanks for the summary.

Yes because intentionally screwing customers over is a time-proven way of ensuring repeat business. Not.

Silly or not, Apple did at one point update the AirPods Pro firmware, which update reduced the effectiveness of noise cancellation.  I seriously doubt it was intentional, but it did happen.

Satellite phone rentals are pretty inexpensive, and probably a better deal for most people.  Of course, if you're going to be getting a new phone anyway, it's certainly a nice feature to have.  At least, for the first two years after purchase.

That bit caught my ear as well.  I think they're trying to urge people into a two year upgrade cycle, rather than the (I think) 3.5 year pattern I just read about somewhere.  Or at least, I assume the "free" subscription (because that's what it is) would be extended "free" if one were to buy a new phone, but not it one kept the old one beyond the two year limit.
