Inside iOS 10: Photos Memories will generate slideshow movies automatically
I was messing with this last night. I think it works pretty well and is pretty fast on an A9. Automatically, groups your "Memories" based on date and location, then allows you to remove individual pictures/videos that don't work well in the video. You can then export the movie and send it to people.

I maintain that this bill was deliberately written as extreme as plausible so they can later claim some sort of "compromise" when the bill is changed, while not really compromising on anything and still attempting to ban public encryption.

I can only conclude they intentionally proposed the most extreme position possible so as to make their final position seem reasonable by comparison and therefore claiming some faux compromise while still achieving their primary goal of essentially outlawing private encryption.
