Here is everything Apple killed -- or tried to kill -- at WWDC 2020
Although I’ve never really had any issues with Force Touch myself (seems like there’s a Harvey Weinstein joke in there somewhere), I have definitely had trouble explaining to others how to use it.I don’t notice it’s absence on my 11 Pro as long press works just as well, for me, so I doubt I’ll miss it on my watch. -

'Scoob!' coming to iTunes on May 15, bypassing theaters and rental windows entirely
mbdrake76 said:And again, what's to stop Warner Bros. from pulling the title from iTunes entirely later down the line (without notice), preventing any "redownloads" or future streaming? Apple needs to do more to ensure that (a) if this does happen, customers are notified in advance and (b) put a stop to the practice entirely (if you sell content to iTunes, they get to keep a copy in perpetuity for those people who have bought it, even if it's no longer being offered for sale). -
Apple employees with kids feel overworked despite internal support efforts
How is it different for Apple employees who are working from home with kids than it is for anybody else working from home with kids?
Despite not having to commute an hour each way my wife is putting in MORE hours working from home than when she goes to the office. Similar to Apple employees, she is in a global business and is constantly talking to people overseas, in Europe and Asia.Yes, having children while working from home presents different challenges. Those same challenges exist for most of the people she is communicating with day and night. People understand because they are living it, too. -
Review: Louis Vuitton Horizon earbuds are the luxury headphones you can't afford
Sort of an insulting headline, no? At $1120 these are certainly expensive for earbuds but I plenty of people with LV bags that cost just as much or more. Clearly there are less expensive bags than LV’s offerings but that doesn’t stop many people.
To me, it comes down more to this: are the wireless charging case, leather case and LV branding worth the additional $800? To me, no, because I don’t care about such things.
