Apple concerned former employees accused of stealing 'Apple Car' trade secrets will flee b...

There are always cultural differences to deal with. Imagine moving to a country where the left hand is considered to be for, uh, personal sanitary activities only - if you're staying for one or two years, would your behaviour change? Would it become a subconscious change? Would it become a permanent change? What about a country where it's illegal to spit out chewing gum in a public place? Or illegal to consume alcohol? Or illegal to, as a woman, dress as you please?
* Not necessarily an accurate representation of someone's ability, but the measurement can be made in a standardised manner that minimises subjectivity.
Your argument is like saying if a nazi is really good at what they do, we should be able to hire them and just accept the fact that it is their culture to want to kill Jews. Sometimes you just have to stand up for what is right and not worry about being sensitive and politically correct. -

Apple and Intel sue to stop 'serial nuisance suits'

They have their hands buried in tech and this screams ANTITRUST VIOLATION. Let’s buy up all the patents we can to sue as many tech firms as possible, to get money from each item they produce. I have a feeling SoftBank knows exactly what is going on. This needs investigated thoroughly. -

It is not black and white but the patent laws should be if either you or company is innovator so entitled to protect your intellectual property. But, if you are a investor or a group who buy and sell patents than they are considered product/item(not IP) owner so can not sue others for infringement. What about cross licensing and a company wants to buy patent/s from someone or a company. It is complicated but somehow such patent brokers must be stopped suing genuine product developing companies.
