Hopefully they have fixed MIDI configuration on Mac native apps.
For example
On iPad OS bluetooth connections are easily seen and set up.
On Mac OS not so much, but it works on the iOS/iPadOS apps that run on the Mac.

So they design a more powerful chip and then waste the power with useless UI effects nobody needs and few want.
