Gee Nilay if the XR had all the features of the XS there would be no point for it to exist! I do think it’s an odd device in that it’s more expensive than the 8 was and yes cheaper than the 8 Plus but also doesn’t have dual camera lens. To me Apple has gotten worse at creating products where you say that’s the one I have to have. It’s almost like every product exists to get you to buy something else (i.e. more expensive).

But the people reporting it spun it as Apple getting rid of X because it wasn’t successful, not replacing it with a new X.

The size changes are most likely from a bigger screen from smaller bezels rather than a larger body.

Someone on MacRumors said the watch would have to get slightly taller if the bezels were reduced to keep the bezels symmetrical. In that case the bands would still work. I’m guessing a slightly taller but not watch wouldn’t really look much bigger on the wrist?

Looks fake. Especially the ring around the camera and the frame (which looks like plastic not aluminum). Either it’s a bad photo or it’s some Chinese knockoff based on rumors.

EDIT: according to a poster on 9to5Mac these are NOT Apple prototypes, they’re mockups, most likely from a case maker.

I don't think the plan is to curate the news as in censor what stories you see.

Apple's best option (as with music) is to offer as much as they can of reputable, ethical, responsible publications.

*any music you can't find is probably restricted by the Artist/label. Complain to them!
