I believe you can set the TouchBar to always display the Function Keys...  
I forget where the software switch is located - perhaps in assistive services for the keyboard.  You do not always have to press the Fn key.

I agree with Yojimbo007, it is fast . . . but the iOS file system is not what a Pro wants it to be. I know, not all Pro's are the same, but to drop that much money, I expect it to be like or better than my Mac.

Qualcomm has screwed up and they know it.  They are toast.
If you push Apple around and take advantage of them , eventually it will come back to you.
Now they have other sources & can design their own.

No one really knows what it is going to take for me to buy a new iPhone, Watch, iPad, or Mac.  
Even I do not really know - right now it is going thru my mind to buy iPhones & Macs.  
But I have not clicked the Buy Button Yet.
Buy the Age of my products (except for the Watch), one would think I would have gotten new ones, but these keep working.
Except for that darned keyboard they put on the newer Macs - I hate it.  when you have a good keyboard - keep it !

The common denominator is $'s.  That is how financial success is measured.  If Apple is knocking the ball out of the park a home run is a home run.  Historically, Apple has evolved so many times, it might best to not tell the competition what is going to happen - no heads up for them.  The products will evolve again soon and there will be a different series of products that are successful.  A Mac with the ability to run Apps in a window will soon come to be - products will evolve and that is it.
