So it seems seasonable to you that you have to repeat your command 9 times to get the volume to where you wanted it? I can ask Siri to set the volume to X%, that's entirely more sensible. 

Works the same with lighting commands too, FYI, I can set my recessed ceiling cans or lamps to X%, in addition to altering them by Y%.

By the way, there's also a volume control on the Cube itself and there's also a volume control on your Alexa app on your phone or tablet or whatever you use it on.  Naturally the Apple writer didn't mention this.  EDIT:  More significant is that the writer totally missed the fact that you can control how many increments the volume goes up or down by configuring it.  Don't like it going up and down in increments of 5? TV's also have volume controls, but who goes up and uses them? That's why we have remotes.
Who wants to pull out their phone every time they need to change the volume instead of just using one remote.

We did say that you can change the volume by a maximum of 10 increments. That's the best possible scenario. We didn't claim you were stuck at increments of 5.

Wait, what? The Leveler is insanely useful on our iPhones! Is it being put in another app or taken out completely? And if taken out completely, why would they do something like that?
