$800 for a GPU upgrade is offensive. It's like Mr. Cook randomly pulls a lever and takes that value. As an upgrade price, $400 would be more reasonable.

The marketing around this thing is deceiving. It (the camera/sensor array) is marketed similarly as the iPhone 11 and it looks the same visually. And at this price point you expect the same performance.

The App Store is hugely anti-competitive.A 30% cut is ridiculous in 2020, and their ability to push their own software and reject others is also a clear example of that behavior, including the fact you can’t change your default email client, music software, navigation software, etc. Being a ‘third party’ always is second to ‘first party’ Apple.
