  • Compared: 14-inch MacBook Pro vs. 13-inch M1 MacBook Pro vs. Intel 13-inch MacBook Pro

Come on now, get your facts correct. This is the specs on Apple website:

    Macbook Pro 14"
Up to 11 hours wireless web
Up to 17 hours Apple TV app movie playback

    Macbook Pro 13"
Up to 17 hours wireless web
Up to 20 hours Apple TV app movie playback

Despite having a bulkier case with more volume for batteries, the 14" MacBook Pro still can't beat the battery life of the 13", according to Linus on his Youtube channel, the 13" actually exceeded 20 hrs of battery life. This is expected as the M1 Pro/Max doubles the power consumption. Besides price, battery life is a selling point of the 13".
Not sure who/what post you are replying to.

For your 1st post, maybe you should better understand what you are talking about.

Just because the M1 Pro/Max has a higher maximum power rating, does NOT mean it always uses that much power.  Wireless Web & Movie playback will most likely not consume any more power/CPU on the M1 Pro/Max, than it does on the plain M1.  The screen on the 14" (mini-LED & 1" larger) will consume much more power.  And there's not so much "more volume for batteries" in the 14" - it has a bigger SoC with the M1 Pro or M1 Max, and a bigger cooling solution.

  • MacBook Pro unboxing videos land ahead of Tuesday's release

I don't think I mind the notch but what happens when the cursor tries to travel over it? Does it vanish behind the notch (bad) or warp to the other side (good)? What does it do in the corners? Hopefully it bumps into them. If MacOS handles the cursor correctly the notch could be a nice feature by giving you more room on the screen for the menu. You would not need to have the menu hide itself any more to get more screen real estate.
Asked & answered elsewhere - the cursor moves under the notch.  There are APIs to manage cursor, notch, etc.

Here, largely because of the of the misinformation and attacks our people are dying, our economy is in tatters and our democracy hangs by a thread -- all of which started with the first BigLie 20 years ago and has grown and progressed every year since.
What are you referring to as the "first BigLie 20 years ago"?  Honest question.

  • Apple's iPod was one of the biggest risks the company ever took

While the hardware was an accomplishment, I would argue that the pivotal moment in the success of the iPod, and hence Apple as a whole, was the decision to offer a Windows version of iTunes. This brought the iPod and the new Apple to millions of additional users that otherwise would have bought some random MP3 player with stupid software and a horrible user interface.
Exactly this.  I would love for Apple to do the same with Apple Watch by having it work with Android.  That would greatly expand the market for the device and give it access to users that will never switch to the iPhone but are interested in buying AW.
Most Android users I know would NEVER consider ANYTHING Apple.  You seriously know Android users that want an AppleWatch?!?!?!

BTW - I'll go out on a limb, and state it will never happen.

    TB4 standard only allows/support 100W.

Isn't TB4 based on USB4 power delivery specs? Those allow 240W (as per Power Delivery v. 3.1).
TB4/USB4 does not include PD v3.1 - only an older version.  They are limited to 100W.
