I think you were the first person who made that call. Didn’t you also suggest at the time that it would probably be activated through a firmware update? I agree that’s probably more likely than a software update. A quick search for several random items on the Target and Walmart apps show that their first party products were in the first 2 results 100% of the time. Where is the outrage ?
