Apple's AI ambitions go beyond Siri LLM with Knowledge chatbot and always-on AI copilot
williamlondon said:MassiveAttack said:AAPL again screws up... Release in 2026? IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!
When Craig was asked by Toms Guide if Siri will be rolled out in 2026, he avoided the answer and explained the root cause.
When Toms Guide asked Craig again for release in 2026, Craig looked over Joz.
Joz said he confirmed.
Craig has no idea if Siri will be ready.. And the marketing guy said yes...
I bet that Siri will not be ready at iOS26, iOS26.1, iOS26.2 etc.
Maybe 2027..Maybe...
But By time they are ready, everyone will be on the next iteration of AI.
Apple is rotten.
"I spoke this week, off the record, to multiple trusted sources in Apple’s software engineering group, and none of them ever saw an internal build of iOS that had this feature before last year’s keynote. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t such a build. But none of my sources ever saw one, and they don’t believe there was one, because they’re in positions where they believe that if there had been such a build, their teams would have had access to it."
So...Who is lying or ignoring? Craig/Joz or their team?
Who is trolling? We will find out. So many contradictions at the end. Release in 2026? Sure? I don´t knock it off. -

iOS 26 is here with Liquid Glass redesign, new Camera, and Apple Intelligence promises
williamlondon said:Looking forward to playing around with it, sadly my current phone didn't make the cutoff, something needing to be rectified at some point. Love that Apple iterates the way they do with UIs.sirlance99 said:libertyandfree said:sirlance99 said:TheSparkle said:Nice. I like. -
Apple Intelligence translation for users, new AI tools for developers coming at WWDC
According to Bloomberg:Huge redesign across all OS’s, with emphasis on buttons, redesigned app icons, tool bars, etc
Same shape icons on iOS
All apps have a new design language, but Phone, Safari, and Camera app will change the most
Unified Look in phone app (voicemail, calls together)
Messages getting polls and updated backgrounds that can be set (WhatsApp style; backgrounds will sync so both see the same thing)
Revamped multitasking on iPad (Mac-esque)
Preview app for iPhones and iPads.
System wide AI translation
Apple’s models will be opened up to be used by Devs
Gemini being added (supplement ChatGPT)
No big new AI showcase (or showcases of personal context/semantic index) because it’s not ready
If that´s true, Apple offers extremely limited contents.
Apple is the only idiot, who is still not on track, especially considering the rapid pace of innovation by Alphabet Inc.’s Google, Meta Platforms Inc., Microsoft Corp. and OpenAI.
This WWDC 2025 will be a "nothing burger" event. What a stone-aged event...
Just imagine that Apple presents what Alphabet presented at Google I/O. Apple Stock would skyrocket by 15%.

Jony Ive and Laurene Powell Jobs say 'humanity deserves better' from technology
I dunno.. It looks like a show driven by a group with inferiority complexes which wanted to try so hard, but never recognized in public because Steve Jobs was SOOOO good to be true.
Yeah... "Humanity deserves better", but with Sam Altman? With OpenAI, which is not open source?? Data collection for better humanity??
This is a s*it show.
