I bought a new E90 3-series when they came out in 2006, and that was the first year for keyless go, and the ability to open doors by simply reaching around the handle, and to lock them by tapping near where the lock cylinder would be. Cost? $500 on 3-series, but $1000 on a 5-series. Typical BMW pricing insanity. If I had to guess, they'll want $1000 for this luxury in the 3 and below, and some further inflated amount for the more expensive models. That's just how they roll. And it's ridiculous.

This issue was SO overblown when it was originally overturned, that it's hard to take anyone seriously who is having a coronary over it all over again now. Websites like this one will "slow down" while the big guns are blazing down the internet superhighway? Please. Anyone buying that nonsense needs a reality check.

These guys make some nice stuff but it's all eye-waveringly overpriced.

"It says 5G will be added to those plans at no existing cost." What's that supposed to mean, no "existing" cost? Meaning that there will be a "new" cost for adding 5G? And what's with the marketing double-speak with 5G+? You'd think they would have learned their lesson with the 5Ge fiasco. AT&T can bite me, I left after 20+ years and jumped to T-Mo 2 years ago, and haven't regretted it one bit.. while saving a ton of cash.
