I'm just wondering how this will work with Apple Pay. Are you going to have to angle the phone so your face it directly in front of it while holding it near an NFC terminal?

Damn. Wish I'd snagged it before it got yanked. I've been looking for an app that would go audio-only on YouTube. No idea why Google doesn't make that a default option. Sometimes you want to listen to a talk or a song in the car without eating up data with streaming video. Idiots.

Proposed Australian law forces tech companies to decrypt customer messages
"Australia's Attorney-General George Brandis said he believes the new law can be implemented without building backdoors into encrypted platforms, a technique widely panned by service providers who the technique inherently weakens security. Apple, for instance, has long declined to build in backdoors to iMessage, iCloud and its other network offerings, citing consumer privacy concerns."
In other words, the Australian AG believes in magic.

Apple Music loses important exclusive as Taylor Swift comes to Spotify, other services
If Apple Music were the only place you could stream The Beatles or Led Zeppelin catalogs, wouldn't that be an exclusive? They haven't done original music for decades. Doesn't matter how old the last album is. If one service has all of an artist's titles and none of the others do, that is by definition "exclusive."evilution said:Apple have had her albums for years.
