It'd be nice to keep all your song on there at 320Kbps instead of 160. Then you would get at least the proper illusion of CD quality sound instead of a techno-FM-tin-ear sound (that you can still detect on anything played with real instruments.) -

I have 10 gigs of mp3s most of them are 192 kbps(though a bunch are 128) I always encode at 192...or 160 SOMETIMES I would LOVE LOVE LOVE an iPod with Mic, and recording capabilities on a 10 gig HD that would be sweet. -

SCSI 160 is 160MB/s just like the spec says. No single hard-drive could ever push that much data but a 4 disc RAID array could, which is ussually why people buy SCSI. -
