How could this be a typo. I mean vuescan works with both G3 and G4 processors. There is no problem there. I could see someone testing this with this program and having problems. I bet there are G5's coming in January! -

If you open VueScan with disk editor you can find a reference to "PowerPC, G5" in the code. So it's not just a typo. Could be hoax, but not a typo. Perhaps he was embraced by Apple after he pledged to continue Mac support... -

Well, it is possible that: 1) This guy is ****ing with us for fun. Possible that he just put it in there (the code) for fun so he could say it wasn't a typo. 2) He actually has access to a G5 3) He knows someone with a G5 many others.....
